Katie has over a decade of commercial experience selling marketing and data solutions into enterprise clients across financial services, FMCG, pharma, and retail, with six years at enterprise level. Clients personally closed include HSBC, Barclays, Rathbones, Investec, Tandem Bank, and Handelsbanken in financial services. Pepsi and Mars in FMCG. Novartis and Pfizer in pharma. AMCS Group in B2B SaaS.
Across her career, she has personally closed over €8 million in revenue and led the acquisition and growth of multiple multi-million-euro client accounts, often originating from cold outreach and new market entry.
Alongside client work, Katie has led and developed business development teams, account managers, and project managers, delivering training, coaching, and facilitated workshops to support consistent commercial performance.
What she does now
Katie is the founder of The Sales Sidekick and Managing Director of Kierans Media, which also operates Drogheda Life, a regional digital media brand serving the northeast of Ireland.
Running both a sales consultancy and a media business simultaneously is what makes the work different. The advice given to clients is not theoretical or borrowed. It is tested in Katie's own business every week, with her own pipeline, her own buyers, and her own rejections to learn from.
